Bouquet Illustration service

After you have contacted me to enquire about my Bouquet Illustration service I will contact you to discuss the details and request a photograph as a reference for me to work from. We will agree the paper, dimensions and any other details needed and once agreed full payment will be taken at this point, including postage costs. We will also agree the date by which the illustration is required, this is usually between 4-6 weeks of receiving the photo. If you require your illustration by a specific date earlier than this, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

All illustrations are supplied unframed, however I can advise on frames at the consultation stage. Before posting I will send you a photo of the illustration and once I have confirmation you are happy I will post using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service is only available within the UK and due to the nature of this being a bespoke service is not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, please get in touch with us, and send your order back in it’s original packaging and it’s original condition. Please review our Returns Policy.
