Delivery

Bouquet Illustrations

All wedding bouquet illustrations will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which means full tracking will be available and a signature will be required upon delivery. I will notify you before I post the item to ensure you are aware your illustration is due for delivery. Currently I am only offering this service within the UK. 

Other Products

 

All other orders are posted on a Royal Mail First Class service and shipping is within the UK only. Orders should be with you within1-2 days of dispatch, but please be aware of any delays due to disruption with Royal Mail services. Total delivery time from ordering to your order coming through your door can be up to 5 working days. 

 

Any orders over £25.00 qualify for free delivery. 


Returns & Exchange Policy

Bouquet Illustrations

Due to the nature of my wedding bouquet illustration service no refunds or exchanges are accepted. I will always send a picture of the illustration via email ahead of posting to ensure you are happy with the product.

 

Other Products 

For all other products there is a a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return an item. If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange won't be offered. Please note the customer is responsible for the return postage charge. 

 

To qualify for a return the item must be in the same condition that you received it and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like to return an item please contact me here and I will get in touch as soon as possible.

Once your item is received and inspected, I will contact you to let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved your refund will be processed credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

Faulty or damaged items

In the unlikely situation that your your order arrives damaged please contact me here within 24hrs of receiving your delivery. I will be able to discuss a replacement or refund for you.
